Damage Deposits:
A $500 refundable damage deposit is required per cabin, per booking.

Use of the Property
Cabins, beach, and property access are exclusive for those guests that are registered in the cabins only. If you wish to visit family and friends in the area, please plan to meet elsewhere.
Smoking is permitted outside of each cabin. However, we do not allow smoking walking around the property and beach.
No pets allowed. We have free range goats and chickens, as well as family with allergies.
Private 125 ft of waterfront beach for guest access only with on site water toy rentals. Canoe, paddle boards, and kayak rentals.
There are often fire bans in the area and we adhere to all bans on the property. We recommend bringing a portable propane fire pit if there is a campfire ban. Firewood bundles for sale on site.
Beach Access During Weddings:
Small intimate elopement weddings are usually booked a year or prior to the date and all cabins would be most likely rented out by the wedding group. However, if this does not happen, please note, the beach will be closed to guests during the ceremony hour. Notice will be given to guests as soon as a wedding is booked. No refund is given if a wedding is booked after cabins are booked. We can help with other arrangements such as wine tours, local hikes, farmers markets, waterslides, floating the Enderby River, and other fun tourist attractions in the area for the period of the ceremony if you would like.
